Refund Policy
If you aren’t satisfied with the size or quality of the items you receive, you may initiate a Return Request within 30 days from the date of the item’s arrival. All return requests are subject to evaluation and our friendly Customer Service will be glad to guide you through it. Details of all our return policies are as follows:
All returned merchandise must have original labels and be free of scuffs, stains, odors, or any conditions that would prevent the merchandise from being sold as new. (If the conditions are not met, the item will be shipped back to the customer).
Here are the steps to return the item:
1. Send an email to lilobb@focus-support-my.com within 14 days of delivery of your order.
Write your name and order number in the email header.
And note the item you want to return and why.
2. Receive your return information.
We will provide you with a pre-filled return form and instructions on where to send your item. (We will respond to your return request within up to 3 working days)
Returned items must be neatly packaged, unworn, unwashed, labeled and in original condition.
3.Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Please issue your refund within 3-10 business days after we receive your package. Your refund will be charged to the same payment method as the original purchase. The time it takes for a refund to be credited to your account varies by credit card company.
